WID Luncheon: What’s Your Story? How to Craft Stories for Fundraising Success

Effective storytelling is a critical tool to successfully raise money. Stories can help you to connect with donors and inspire them to give. Nonprofit leaders of all levels can benefit from learning strategies that will help them to structure their story and improve their delivery.  

Renée Cutting, Chief Development Officer, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. and Jaime Greenberg, Chief Development Officer, StoryCorps will provide their insights on this topic as well as their own compelling stories. The conversation will be moderated by Laura Fredricks, a celebrated author and philanthropic advisor who teaches nonprofits and professionals how to confidently and successfully make THE ASK for charitable dollars.
